The services will comprise of the provision of the following:
1. Periodic examination of equipment listed in the "Equipment List - Pressure" under PSSR (2000), "Equipment List - LOLER&PUWER" under LOLER (1998) and PUWER (1998) and associated reporting;
2. The updating of Written Schemes of Examination where required for the equipment listed in the "Equipment List - Pressure" and "Equipment List - LOLER&PUWER";
3. All associated services to declare equipment fit for service, including non-destructive testing and safety valve testing. This does not include any repair work which may arise from the Thorough Examination.

List and brief description of selection criteria
Financial statements for the last 3 financial years if available, depending on the date on which the economic operator started trading, as far as the information on this turnover is available. Where accounts are not in English, the Tenderer must provide certified extracts in the English language;
Evidence of current Employers and Public Liability Insurances to a minimum of 10,000,000 GBP and 5,000,000 GBP respectively;
Professional Indemnity Insurance with a minimum level of 2,000,000 GBP (two million pounds sterling) for any one event.
